We are a homeowners association located on the northeast side of Blue Springs, Missouri. We represent 215 homeowners in or neighborhood and Stonebridge was incorporated 05-29-1992.  The focus of our association is to improve and maintain the overall quality of life for everyone within our subdivision.  Every resident should take personal responsibility for their property and follow the our neighborhood By-Laws and/or Decorations, than we will continue to make Stonebridge a great place to live and/or raise a family.  The goal of the Owners Association is to not to be intrusive into the lives of our residents, but to work to gather on issues and/or concerns that deal with our neighborhood.

We hold open meetings every other month at 7 pm at the Lunar Bowl conference room located at 2001 NW Hwy 7, Blue Springs, Mo. We encourage all homeowners to attend and participate. Please check our Events/News page on this site or Facebook regularly for meeting dates. Children are welcome!

We also schedule yearly neighborhood garage sale weekend, annual "dumpster" day, annual block party, annual contest for the best lawns, the best decorated residences for Halloween and Christmas for our neighborhood residents. We look forward to seeing you around the neighborhood, at a meeting or one of our events!
